An important thing that many people miss, is that protein also contains calories (1 gram of protein = 4 kcal).
That is, if you are trying to get toned, and need to eat 1000 calories a day, of which 100 grams of protein, note that you have 600 calories left for carbohydrates and fats. And you cannot just not eat protein simply because the protein is 70-90% of the matter in our bodies.

High intensity and volume of training – those who give everything. Those who train a few hours a day and do not give up on training.
