How many times have you gone through the thought that you deserve more, and why do you not get the reward you deserve? We are here to help!

You are not the only ones who feel this way. This feeling brings a lot of frustration, but, there is a solution! Once you reach a deep understanding of what we are going to write about here in the text, your life can change completely.

You are not your thoughts.

But wait, you yourself have said that thoughts create reality, and a person is the sum of his habits. So what does this mean?
What this means is that whoever you are, the way you know yourself, is the way only you know yourself. No one else really knows what’s going through your head. No one else knows all the thoughts that go through your mind. Only you know yourself and all your thoughts (for good or bad). Your habits are already the actions you do after following your thoughts, these are not just thoughts. This leads us to the next paragraph.

For the rest of the world, all those outside of your inner world (your thoughts), actions are the ones that determine for other people who you are. You know yourself by your thoughts, while the rest know you by the actions you take. For example, if you have seen someone you are into, and you just think how beautiful they are and like to look at their beauty/character, for you, it is clear that you are into them. But, on the other hand, whoever you are looking at, may think you are not into him (at best) or think that you are annoying (at worst).

Misunderstandings are created when we expect the other to understand how we feel without taking any action to help them understand what is going on between your ears. Almost all of these misunderstandings problems can only be solved by creating an action. Whether it’s speech or whether it’s a physical action that needs to be done. Do it, help other people discover your inner beauty!

to sum up

We hope this article has helped people understand a little more and discover vulnerabilities in their daily lives. It is important to emphasize, not every action is acceptable! When we perform actions it is important to think of the other and consider the other as well.
Your happiness should not depend on another, initiate action. But do not hurt another! We all have the right to execute our happiness, but neither of us has the right to harm the other’s happiness.
