We at the Cap have researched this issue in-depth, and we will try to put things in order. We did a research in the world of sports, and right after someone called someone else a Winner, we asked him why did you call him Winner? We usually get an answer for a one-time action that the same person performed. But is it possible to determine a person’s character based on one action? probably not.
We will arrange the actions that define a winner according to our view:
it is a marathon, not a sprint
A winner is a person who knows that life is a long race and builds his future for the long run And not for short-term achievements. Winner will understand that if things do not go according to plan today, he can not give up and just stop. Because nothing goes according to plan. A winner knows that if he quits now and stops, as soon as he has to go back to the same action, he will start from the same point. So it is better for him to solve the problem now despite the difficulty.
Passion for the profession
Winner is someone who has a love and passion for his profession (you want to know what is your passion? How to get motivation). Even if he does not necessarily show it, deep down he knows he loves what he is doing. That person has a tremendous passion for the profession. But every rule has an exception. There are winners who do not like what they do and have no passion for what they are doing. Their motivation is external and not internal (money is a great example of external motivation, and a desire to win for yourself is an example of internal motivation).
Initiative
Winners are not satisfied with mediocrity, but take risks and initiate in order to get better every day. And in addition, they seek to help those around them. They know that the better those around you, the further you can go.
Self-control
A winner is a person who knows how to look at himself with criticism. He is open to hearing points where he can improve and does not accept negative criticism with resentment towards the critic (as long as it is the right kind of criticism) but understands that thanks to this negative criticism he can improve and work on his weaknesses.
Habits
Winner is a person with strong habits, and most of his agenda is planned. The winner does not “Go with the flow” with the day. The winner every day knows what he needs to do to get better. He knows that if he does not work every day on character traits or the work he has to do, he will not be able to fulfill what he wants.
Of course, if you do not feel that necessarily all things here apply to you, that’s good! It means you have room for self-improvement and improvement of your life! We encourage you to take a week as a project one of our definition for Winner and work a little every day on these features. If you do not connect at all to what we have written, feel free to move on with your life if not, you can try our challenge. 🙂
Winners have to control the art of indifference, so check it out. If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to contact us on our WhatsApp or our Instagram.
