Quite a few people are looking to improve their cardio endurance by doing aerobic training

whether it is to get better in their sport, burn more calories, or whether it is to improve their quality of life. For whatever purpose there is, there are important emphases to know before starting an activity Which improves cardio-pulmonary endurance.

Avoidance of Injuries

Often, people start running without any background in sports and without proper physical preparation or in much higher intensity than they were used to. This can lead to injuries due to overload on the ankles or waist and even lead to stress fractures in the shin split. What we recommend, is the first thing to start slowly and carefully. Do not start straight away half-hour runs if you have not run before. Manage your loads and listen to your body. Secondly, try to do strength training. The reason is that strength training will increase the ability of your muscles to absorb load and relieve the load from the joints, thus lowering the chance of injury.

Recommended exercises will be squats, lances, shoulder presses, and abdominal and back strengthening (core).

A mistake many people make when they just start their aerobic activity is that they are highly motivated. They want to go all out in order to succeed and progress fast. But, In the case of endurance, at the beginning, this is not the case. When you start exercising and want to improve your aerobic base, it is important to start doing so at a comfortable pace. Where you can talk without difficulty at all. Keep a relatively low heart rate (not below a hundred but not too high). And thus you can achieve results much faster than all-out running. be sure to build your strength before you start running. You can even do that at home

You can reach a very high pulse, but you will not progress too much over time.
Most athletes (even Olympic athletes) train 80% of their workouts at a light pace. ( a light pace of an Olympic athlete can be all-out of the ordinary person), so there is really no need for the aerobic activity you choose to kill you every time you train. if you want to know how to improve your Cardio be sure to know how to do so in a smart way

Improving Results  

In the past, the perception was that strength training impairs the trainee’s abilities. Because the trainee becomes too heavy and this impairs his aerobic ability. Today, we know that this is not true. We know that improving the strength of the trainee also helps in preventing injuries, and training properly can improve the results of the trainee. Improving the trainee’s strength will result in a much better ability to push, brake, agility, and flow. Which will lead to an improvement in the trainee’s results thanks to the improvement of his physical abilities. In addition, it is very important to always work on proper technique. Bring the efficiency of mechanics to the maximum with minimum load on the body parts that are not necessary and might lead to injuries.

There are training methods that build capacity to improve endurance and improving the results of cardio. But we will extend on that in training methods for improving aerobic fitness
